Ascent Trip Report

We took the tram to Hidden, then hiked out the rocky ridge to climb the Twin Peaks and the county highpoint. It was slow going on the jagged rocks and it got slower when we hit the pitch. We realized that we should have just walked one of the roads to the base of the main pitch which would have been 3x faster or more. We made it to the top of the Little Twin, but Artski was wary of crossing the snow to go to the higher twin. I wanted to go, but we didn't. There may have been risk of a wet avalanche or a cornice break, but neither of us was experienced enough to make an informed decision. On the way back, though, Artski thought we should glisade down some snow to the road at the base of the pitch. We did, using sharp rocks as breaks. It was maybe not the safest choice.
