Ascent Trip Report

The 2350 road is good. The 2342 road is alright. The 200 road is a bit rough on the steeper parts. I parked at the junction with the 230 spur and walked south on the 200 road past the peak to where the slope up to the ridge wasn't as steep before going up. The walk back north on the ridge to reach the summit was slow going. I descended the ridge north from the summit, walking to near the end of the mapped road. Most of it was quite overgrown. Eventually I descended west to where the 230 road ran below and walked that back to my car. This part of the road was also considerably overgrown, walking it all the way around to reach the summit might have been preferable to my route depending on how brushy the sections I didn't walk are. Alternatively, going more directly toward the summit from the 200 road would at least be shorter, but much of the hillside is very steep or cliffy and I didn't really see any line up that looked very good.
