Ascent Trip ReportI don't know the reason why this geodetic marker is labeled 'Timbuktu' but I thought it was odd. It used to be right on the western edge of Canebrake Road but people have driven on the western side of the marker as well so, more or less, the marker is in the middle of the road now and can easily be driven over if not careful. Here is the link to the datasheet for the marker: https://www.ngs.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/ds_mark.prl?PidBox=FB4022
