Ascent Trip ReportOtherwise known as Laurence Knob (not to be confused with the likewise named hill in Watauga County near the New River).
This is a drive up through yet again another developed community at the summit of a named peak. Email me for details.
Incredible views and very nice people who let me walk across their septic tank lid now at the summit. Could see major views north into the Amphibolite Mountains and Virginia, as well as the rest of the Blue Ridge to the south. The neighbor who greeted me tried to sell me his house near the summit. Up, done and marked. Done.
