Ascent Trip Report

This was my first impromptu free solo climb. I don’t think it would have ended so well if I hadn’t been naive and unaware of how difficult the ridge proper climbing gets by doing the Harvard > Columbia ridge traverse.
To do these two in the same day make sure to drop far down below the ridge crest!
Doing the Harvard to Columbia traverse loop should only be C2 max starting from the N. Cottonwood Creek TH (38.87057° N, -106.2658° W) (rough 2wd to reach).
