Ascent Trip ReportI have a hard time calling these bumps mountains, but oh well! The John Muir homesite is a great stop. Beautiful house and grounds. Very nice gift shop and no entrance fees.
We then drove under the highway to the trailhead. Pretty easy road walk. As stated on here, the NPS calls Wanda the peak Peak Bagger calls Helen. Might as well tag them both. The better Peak is the one labeled as Helen on Peak Bagger. It has a bench, interpretive sign and better views. The peak labeled as Wanda is just fall grass and oak trees.
