Ascent Trip ReportThis regional high point was bagged on the way back from the Christmas markets in Germany. It is a surprisingly well marked affair despite the modest altitude, and boasts 2 towers, one for forest fire services, and another historic tower which you can freely climb for decent views over the trees. Information boards are also in English, Polish and German, informing us that prewar this was also the highest point of Brandenburg too. Parking is off the road about 500m past the actual high point marked by a stone. |
