Ascent Trip Report

Had some time after work so I took a quick drive up to Hamilton county to Pillsbury Mt. The road was a litlle sketchy heading up to the trailhead but didn't have too much of a problem. It started to rain a bit on the way up but nothing too bad, although it did make the trail even muddier than it already was. I'm glad I bought my new hiking boots last week because they got a good work out today. Climbed to the top of the tower but it was locked and being that it's one of the taller ones the wind was really pushing it around at the top. Took some quick pictures and was out of there. This is #11 in the FTC for me, maybe I will finish them this year if I can get down to the Catskils before it gets too cold.
