Ascent Trip ReportI stayed a few extra days after our vacation in Greece to hit some highpoints. The day after Korab drove to the logging road Joel mentioned. I had a regular passenger car, a nice little Suzuki and it did fine. I stopped at the house just before the road splits. I followed a similar path going to the stream and bushwhacking up which was not too bad. Closer to the lake it joins the actual trail to the summit which although sometimes hard to find it is decent. On the way down I followed the trail to avoid the steep slopes which is nice though I eventually left this, probably later then I should, and joined the road back down. I will attach my gps trail of decent. It was four hours up and two down. |
