Ascent Trip Report

Entered 10/5/2019.

The first summit of a hike on the Robert Frost Trail from Puffers Pond to The Notch Visitor Center. Mt. Boreas was a stubby hill near the RF Trail. An unmaintained trail brings the hiker about 100 feet from the summit and then it's a very brief bushwhack. It was a very easy climb but I needed to check the map/phone GPS a couple of times to make sure I was where I thought I was. Only a peak bagger even bothers climbing these "summits." :) On to Mt. Poverty!
