Hiked into Sunnybrook meadows the night before. Met up with David Carmody. Took Del Monte ridge to south ridge of Mystery. Nice cairn trail built by Dan Lauren. Lost cairn trail, took wide gully up to dirt saddle just south of summit block. Found ramps up the south side to summit ridge. Retraced steps then dropped down to Gunsight pass. Couldn't see a class 2/3 way up OMR route up north side of Little mystery, so traversed East side. David took a chance on a gully right under summit block. I looped around south gained ridge then looped around and down on the West side looked down at OMR from above (it looked more doable, but still looks like a washout took away a clean way up/down), then finally summitted Little mystery. David arrived 20+ minutes before so clearly he found a great way up. We descended my route and continued down the south ridge to the pond (a bit out of the way, but a nice stop), then did the long traverse back across little mystery and Del Monte ridge to Sunnybrook meadows. I hiked out that night. David enjoyed one more night at Sunnybrook.
