Ascent Trip Report

Up the West Fork to Frazier Lake, through a breach in the cliff that Troy Baker told me about several years ago, then up into Honeymoon Basin. The upper basin is a surreal moonscape, this has to be walked through to appreciate just how unique it is in this wilderness. Another incredible summit in the Eagle Cap Wilderness, everytime I think I've done my favorite climb out here I find something even better. This will be a tough one to top. Made a quick search of the summit area for the old Limber Pine, didn't find it, turns out its around the 8200 foot mark on the south side of the mountain. Descended the same way we came up.
