Ascent Trip Report

S to N traverse. Got a late start (10:30) and ran out of time so rapped down from the notch between the north and south peaks. We pitched out three pitches of about 45m at the beginning (we were thinking of simulclimbing but I uncomfortable... With the exposure it was much harder then Tenaya which I had done the day before), then simulclimbed the rest. Would have had an extra 45 min if I hadn't forgot my backpack about 40 percent of the way back the ridge, so I soloed back and forth to get it. Really amazing beautiful ridge and really fun... I just wish we had started early... But I just heard about it a couple hours earlier and we decided to try it. Approach is annoying, we couldn't find a trail some of the way. We finished rapping 15 min before dark and got back to the car at 10:30pm.
