Ascent Trip ReportParked at Roostercomb trailhead. Walked across road and south a bit to Ranney Road (private road but okay, just respect land). Follows a mossy area and creek a lot of the way. Reach a junction with Mossy Cascade and Giant. Then another for Giant and .2 to Hopkins. The last .2 are the steepest and then you reach some flat rock and then the summit, which opens to a grand view of Giant, Dix and Sawteeth and other peaks. Found a small summit marker that looks like a dark gum wad. AllTrails rates Hopkins as Hard, but compared with others rated as Hard, it is not.
