Ascent Trip ReportThis trail to Mount O-J-I and tobits west peak was frustrating. Rain the night befire and the wooden logs were very slippery. Very Buggy. Had to spray thre tines to have the Mosquitos leave. Very long until Junction of West Peak where summited latrr on. But once you get to the OJI rock very confusing. Did not do the last .5 miles rain was coming in all over the region. Did not want to fall again. Did when descending. Hike the West Peak where you have good view, the clouds left. Should be hiked when less dry and giod weather. If want to hike Coe or other Mountains must Hike early morning. Took 5 hours. 5.5 if summit O-J-I. |
