Ascent Trip Report

This peak has more than 600 feet of rise and was the completion of my journey as I had to get back to fly to FL. I chose to take it easy and wind around the peak keeping the slope mild and mostly class 1 alpine. I did cross one snow field. Great views of the 14ers from the top. On the way back I set my eyes on the backslope of Epaulie and elected to go up the rocky spine ridge instead of the class 2 alpine. I was able to make a nice class 2+ slab and class 3 climb out of the return trip
