Ascent Trip ReportDrove on the A24 from Dorking to Roundabout then head for Ockley on the ockley road turn off right for Cold Harbour go through village, 100 yards to Landslide car park.Clearly marked route to the tower sign posted all the way, fairly steep gradient however well maintained track, at the cross roads of the foot path turn left staight up to the tower, this is a folley left by a chap to the national trust in 1929 good views from the top accross all of West Sussex, East Sussex and Surrey. Nice walk and there are several nature trail type walks as detailed on the National trust map in the car park. |
