Ascent Trip ReportThis is a roadside summit, although we didn't know this, lacking a detailed map, and 1 walked approx 1km from the houses to the SE.
At the edge of a woodland is a stretch of road with two stone boundary posts along its SW (Swiss) side, at N46 14 51.4 E6 18 31.5 and N46 14 53.4 E6 18 32.2 respectively. This stretch of the border is fairly level and constitues the highest ground in the canton as far as I could see. Swiss and French border signs set out various regulations / prohibitions. |
