|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||14411 ft / 4392 m|
Ascent Trip ReportMade to Camp Muir in 5 hours on 07/03/2019. The trail was snow free till the Pebble Creek.
Rested on Day 2.
Our Summit bid started at 12:15 am on 07/05/2019 and continued with no glitches other than fixing crampon which was a big one for us as it took off 45 mins or so intermittently. We made it to the summit at 7:00 am. There was a ladder placed to the side at 12900 feet but the snow bridge was strong for us. There was also a handline (rope hanging off a picket placed by the guides to help people walk up this crux area). We didn't use it. The route was fairly in good shape with no big crevasses or ladders to cross for this time of the year.
