Ascent Trip Report

Nice short-but-challenging route up to CT's highpoint. The trail is well marked with red blazes. Some steep scrambles. After summiting Mount Frissell, walk across the short clearing to continue following the red blazes; after a short descent, you'll find the CT highpoint marker and register on your right. On this trip, I decided to keep going a short way down the trail further to find the CT/MA/NY tripoint.
