Ascent Trip Report

"Bearjack Ridge West" and "Bearjack Ridge East" were obviously named after the two creeks below. The ascent/descent ridge from 3.5 miles up Jack Creek Road, is very pleasant.

And the ridge between the two summits was quite nice with little brush, except on the last bit of the ridge to the east peak. So I stayed to the south of the ridge which was a mistake and had the most brush. I descended the north side of the ridge which was much better.

Considering how relatively easy these two summits are, I was surprised how few had signed Fay Pullen's two registers. Of course, they're buried under snow for some, but still...
