Ascent of Capitol Peak on 2019-06-22
|Date:||Saturday, June 22, 2019|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||5054 ft / 1540 m|
Ascent Trip ReportLooked like we could get Capitol after tagging the county high point. Route is steep, brushy and some exposure, lots of vege aid climbing, particularly the last 300' on summit block. Capitol probably easier to get from east early season with snow covering brush and rocks.
