Ascent Trip Report

While skiing at Breck with Brad and Adam, Brad suggested we hike Peak6 and ski the 6Senses area. Agreed, shouldered my skis and hiked up the booter to the top kicking my out of shape ass in the process. After a rest we skied across the top towards 6 Senses. The travers was super dicy, lots of wind drifts (jumps) and ice along the way. Hiked up the remaining way to the top of 6 Senses. Brad chose to ski the steepest line called Whiff it Exho it something and Adam and I skied the prominent Wide chute At the end called Cataract or Savor or something. I’d had my eye on this line for a long time and was super psyched to ski it. Dropped in easily on the right and had a nice mostly fresh ski back to the bowl. Not as steep as it looks. Waited for Adam then returned to the warming hut to hydrate. Awesome ski.
