Ascent Trip ReportTo add to Michael's report, the drive from the interstate exit to the gate where our tracks begin was 10.0 miles. The roads past the gate were not maintained and much rougher though a high clearance vehicle with beefy tires could have still driven to the point where we left the road and entered the wash. There was a small cliff band on the final ascent to the summit plateau we scrambled through. Total hiking time was 3:15.
