Ascent Trip Report

Started from the big creek campground. The trail from the campground is completely free of snow and in great shape. Very pleasant trail.

There is some patchy snow starting after the lower trailhead. Solid snow starting shortly before where the summer and winter routes merge.

Snow conditions in the winter chute were absolutely perfect for cramponing. This is my 4th summit of ellinor and the first time I got views! And what views... Amazing.

12.6 miles round-trip, 5300 vertical. 6 hours C2C.
