Ascent Trip ReportModerately easy trail climb from the northwest side ....... 3.5 miles, 1h45 hour RT.
From I93 exit 26 at Plymouth, motor west on hwy #25 7 1/2 miles to Rumney, turn right on Main Street and drive north through Rumney to Stinson Lake. Turn right on Cross Road (sign "Hawthorn Village) and drive 3/4 miles to a right on Lower Doetown Road (sign "Stinson Mountain"). The TH parking is on the left at .3 miles, the summit is to the southeast. The trail is adopted by Bill Schifone as part of The White Mountain National Forest "Adopt-A-Trail Program".
The rock capped summit has 4 old foundations with great views.
