Ascent Trip Report

I forgot to enter this when I actually made the ascent but here's the gist of this hike. It was strenuous, steep and above treeline I had 40 mile per hour winds and an ice storm going on. All in all, a really good hike. It was very difficult to follow the trail above treeline as there weren't very many cairns about. below treeline it was cold but not horribly so. Above treeline was like being on another planet. It was only six miles up and down but it might as well have been a hundred the way my legs felt the next morning. lol It is a very steep climb right from the get go and coming down wasn't any easier.
