Ascent Trip ReportStarted from Trail Canyon trailhead and went up past the falls to the west ridge of Condor Peak. Headed off into the brush (no use trail or markers at all, glad I was with someone who knew the way) and stayed on the very steep ridge all the way to the peak. Lots of brush and some easy Class 3 moves on rock with mild exposure. Very fun and completely exhausting. At the peak the group split up; I went down the Condor Peak trail back to Big Tujunga Canyon Road and then hitchhiked back to my car. Total was 13 miles in 8 hours with approximately 4000' of climb and descent (5 miles and 4.5 hours of that was the trip up to the peak).
