Ascent Trip ReportI've hiked in 6 continents, a large number of the world's major (and minor) mountain ranges and completed many of the classic Bucket List treks. However, the expedition from Dassu, along the Baltoro glacier to Concordia, K2 base camp and back is by far the most awe-inspiring, beautiful & fulfilling trek I've ever done. The Kilkey Memorial was the highest point achieved and K2 the most impressive mountain I've ever seen. Furthermore I met my future wife on the trip! |
