Ascent Trip ReportParking is available in winter at community center-church at the bottom of the hill. Walk up the road to the trail about 100 yards. The highest point on the ridge is at the far end in the much larger contour to the west. MGIS (Maine Geographic Information System) gives an elevation of 1,103 for the eastern contour where the trail ends. We bushwhacked across to the west contour which is marked as 1,114 feet in MGIS. Added about .8 miles and 120 feet of elevation gain each way to the hike.
