Ascent Trip Report
Torrecilla in Andalucía, Spain meaning 'Small Tower', is the Highest Peak in the Sierra de las Nieves, 'mountains of the snows', and sits at its southern end. This range, covering 18,530 hectares, stands on the border between the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz. At an Elevation of 1918 meters, 6293 feet and a Prominence of 1471 m, 4826 ft. make this an impressive Peak with incredible views over the Mediterranean Sea and beyond. As this was my second peak of the Day I got treated to a nice Sunset on my drive out.
