Ascent Trip Report

A very fun an rewarding little hike off the side of the road in the Alabama Hills. Amazing views of the Eastern Sierras from the summit. The summit is actually a >6 ft rock requiring a class 3 move to get on top of. This little hike has a little bit of everything - great for a quick one on the way back down to San Diego after a weekend of peakbagging and a big breakfast at the Alabama Hills Cafe!

Sometimes the most unassuming things in life can be the most rewarding
