Ascent Trip ReportRandom hangover hike the day of July 4th fireworks in Seward (actually on the 2nd-3rd that year). Had no idea there was a race here, just climbed it on a whim. Excellent hike. Starts below tree line, and a 3-hour climb to the peak, which was still a little snowy in July. My favorite climb in Alaska. |
