Ascent Trip Report

Campground to Iron Mountain: no trail at all really, just a scramble over loose dirt; very steep. Hard to get from road to continue onto Iron Mtn.
Iron to Roundtop Mountain: no trail, scrambling through shrubs
Roundtop to Granite Mountain: nicely maintained fire road, except for final 0.5mi to summit.
Granite Mountain to Rabbit Peak: So mirages of past trails, but nothing very clear. Some steep decents and ascents.
Rabbit Peak to Rabbit Road: no trail at all, and road is surrounded by 10ft cliff in most places, very hard to descend. Bring long pants and sleeves for the prickly bushes.
Rabbit Road to Campground: well maintained road, but with active trucks. Very dusty and no shade.
