Ascent Trip ReportWe commenced our journey at the end of Jennifer St (cult-de-sac is Jennifer Trail trailhead). Mind you, Jennifer Trail is strenuous and steep trail to the Rose Knob Peak Trail (2,300 feet of gain in about 2.3 miles). Downhill was not as bad as we feared. Beware of false summit. The reward: expansive views of Tahoe open up along your ascent. |
