Ascent Trip Report

Gorgeous warm day, another great hike with AndrewB. Two feet of fresh snow with snow drifts of 5ft in some spots along the Osceola ridge. Broke trail entire way; was able to ascend/descend the chimney; some butt sliding but most of the descent was ruined by a postholing hiker who followed our tracks to East Osceola only. 5ft deep postholes in many spots, trail was decimated. Aside from that, many branches tree limbs to contend with and scratches, bruises and a sunburn made the trip exhausting. A really fun hike.
