Unofficially named Big Rock,this peak has incredible views and is one of the most spectacular peaks in the Southern Appalachians. LIDAR data suggests that it is actually higher than the next peak to the northeast, which is unofficially named Huckleberry Rock. If accurate, it becomes the prominence peak of the range at an elevation of 5,047' and the qualifying Southern Fiver, rather than 5,040' Huckleberry Rock.
