Huayna Picchu is one of the most photographed mountain in the Andes, looming over the world-famous ruins of the city of Maccu Picchu in Peru. A steep trail climbs this peak from the city, and the top has incredible views down to the gorge of the Urubamba River, 600 m/2000 ft below on three sides.
