List Description

List Information

Connecticut is divided into 169 "towns", which handle all local government--that is why the eight counties are called "pseudo-counties" for this list, since they have no political reality. The counties do exist as a strong, well-established convention for grouping the towns, though, and as such the county high points are a good list.
