I have Chirripo Grande as a provincial triple-point, but Aaron Maizlish posted a list to the CoHP online forum showing it only on the Limon-San Jose boundary, making Volcan Irazu the highest point of Cartago Province.

This is a very short list, with only 5 (or 6) peaks on it, all located in a popular country for tourists. The mountain climate is agreeable, and Costa Rica has a repuation for political stability and friendly people.
