In my opinion, all of the following criteria must be met for a climb to be considered successful:

  • The center of your feet is above or on the highest point, or is less than 3 meters below the highest point.

  • The center of your feet is less than 10 horizontal meters from the highest point.

  • If there is a class 3 or above summit block, you ended up on top of it; unless the block is less than 3 meters above surrounding class 1-2 terrain, and is less than 5 meters wide, in which case the other criteria are sufficient for counting the peak.
