Ascent Trip ReportI lucked out in finding the road to the water tank at which I started- it was in much better shape than any of the other dirt roads in the area. The hike from the tank was easy to navigate, though there were no cairns (that route is probably rarely if ever done). Following the southeast ridgeline was straightforward and there was only one patch of class 3 (which was brief and easy).
For any who want to repeat this route, the road can be found about midway between mileposts 39 and 40.
