Ascent Trip Report

Partly cloudy most of the day. Views were better to the north with Sierras visable. West towards Bay Area was OK too. South had the most clouds and fog with not much to see in that direction while at the top. Clouds disappeared more later at 3:00 making the eastearn hills and valley more visable. Weather was very comfortable for hiking.

Time: 3 1/2 hours round trip

Route: Juniper campground to summit via Juniper trail. Down visa Summit trail and Juniper trail.

Elevation gain: 800 ft.?

Energy: 1 Cliff Bar; 750ml. water
