Ascent Trip ReportPark along Hwy 401 at a logging road gate that is locked. Hampton Trees Farms. Walking is allowed. Second gate later on if you get luck on the first.
Parking is E and slight S of the summit by the ridge that goes between Davis and Cement Creeks, more or less N of Cement Creek for a ways. Road immediately splits but those forks merge later. Follow the main road as it rolls up and down the Cement Ridge ridgeline. Most spurs are abandoned so route is obvious. Eventually you round the ridge and come to a T at 1350' about a half mile SE of peak. Go right and then head up to the final summit road. Start of this summit spur is buried in brush by still possible to find. Follow that road up to a clearing at the right angled fork S of summit. Head N and then a bit E and pick your favorite bit of rotting stump ground.
