Ascent Trip ReportThis is the high point in Rowan County KY. Limestone Knob trail is the access and is both a hiking and mountain biking trail. We--the regular riders from the Cave Run Bicycle and Outdoor Center--visit this point regularly on foot and on our bikes. If you ride it, however, bring plenty of extra inner tubes and patches! Still great single track!
