Ascent Trip ReportThe trail was essentially a stream covered by a huge melting snowdrift. Thus, it was a long haul with sopping shoes and socks and very sore muscles at the end. However, the weather was beautiful, and in May, the notorious flies of death had yet to swarm the Adirondacks. Oh, and the view was incredible also!
