Ascent Trip Report

Overnight trip with NEO40 group. Trekked in along Zealand Rd to Hale Brook Tr to summit. Lend a Hand trail down to Zealand Hut, and Zealand trail back out to the road. Yee haw! I finished my 48th mountain on the eve of my 48th birthday. Had a great trip with my friends. The hike up Hale was tougher than I thought it would be, but beautiful with the snow and just a beautiful day all around.
