Ascent Trip ReportThis trip has been immortalized in the eloquent Paul Susca's write up posted on the NEO40 meetup site. Others involved were Rick D (part way), Will, Linda, Brenda, & Ken. As well as Tessa, the wonder dog. Light snow up the top required microspikes. We would have easily gone up and down without a hitch, but took a wrong turn from the summit and were headed down the end of the trail leading to closed Tripoli Rd. Luckily, we found Tessa, who then found us, we were able to get in touch with her owner who had contacted the Forest service to open the gate. All in all, a "relatively" easy , short hike!
