Ascent Trip Report

Duane hadn't been to the top of Pikes, so we drove it as part of our 58 Ultras quest. Also stopped off to get the Teller County HP. We were afraid of running out of gas in the 4Runner, but happily the gas gauge was reading severely low on the ascent, and we had no trouble with fuel.
