Ascent Trip ReportI decided to bag a peak before Thanksgiving dinner. This was perfect. It was close to where I was going and a short hike. I parked along 106. I started hiking up from the car. All the elevation gain was made immediately after leaving the car. It was fairly open on the summit (there are a couple false summits). I actually saved a point just east of the summit in my GPS. All in all it was a great day to be out.
